Dear Buyer,

Thank you for your interest in our home- the first place that we we able to plant our roots and explore New York when we moved from Florida. 

We initially bought our beautiful condo as a means to have somewhere comfortable to live while we explored the area to find out where we wanted to plant permanent roots for our family here. Our home was purchased while we were still living in Florida and little did we know (until we moved in), we hit the jackpot.

We live in the stunning and spacious top floor residence in the first building (closest to the mailbox!) which used to be the model unit. The model designers left no detail to the imagination  and along with prime location features beautifully selected upgrades in all rooms, a finished laundry room and a stunning double sided gas fireplace that warms both your entry way, and living room.

You’ll be sure to meet our neighbors… some of the most wonderful people in the world, always a wave hello and a check in on our son who’s 20 months- they’ve watched him grow as he was just 8 months old when we moved in. Whether it be a plate of cookies at Thanksgiving, or a toy truck for our son on Christmas Eve… they always let us know that we are loved here.

Being a busy working mom, my time is limited and the location of our home is a lifesaver. I’m seconds from Mohawk Commons with ALL the shopping you need (as a mom, I frequent Target what seems like daily!) and two grocery stores to choose from all within a one minute drive. Additionally, our home is completely maintenance free, all lawn care and snow removal taken care of- two items I’ve never had to add to my lengthy to-do list!

On the occasions my we want a date-night out we have the convenience of a quick drive to Albany, Guilderland, Clifton Park or downtown Schenectady all of which host a huge variety of restaurants ranging from big-names, to 15 seat family-owned gourmet dining experiences. 

For our son, we enjoy the privacy that the location offers off Consaul Road, allowing us to play on the lawns here, as well as our close proximity to countless parks to play on the weekends, and on those summer evenings. 

We will miss our cozy evenings with a family movie by the fire, chasing our son around in his cozy coupe car on the lawn, and our refreshing glass of chardonnay on the patio watching the summer sunsets, but we know you will enjoy our home as much as we have.
